Woodinville Ciderworks was established in 2014 with a vision to create exceptional hard ciders. We use heirloom cider varietals, barrel aging, and occasional co-ferment with seasonal fruit.
While we no longer have a retail space in Woodinville, we share tasting room with Republic of Cider in the SoDO District South Seattle.
Woodinville Ciderworks was established in 2014 in the warehouse district of Woodinville, Washington, with a vision to create exceptional hard ciders. Our boutique cidery is rooted in a winemaking passion, focusing on small-batch production to ensure quality and uniqueness.
We use a source heirloom apples from around the region, selecting only those we believe will make an exceptional cider. Fresh pressed cider is fermented in small batches, with careful and constant direction. The results are rich and complex ciders that entertain and delight the palate.
Our orchard is the Pacific North West. We work with growers across the region who have a passion for cultivating the finest apples, pears, and quince. From orchard to glass, we consider ourselves to be a small part of the process that is contributing to the evolution of the region's culinary experience.
